Linda is responsible for running MHM's day-to-day operations. With a strong background in marketing and sales, she is also focused on everything from tradeshows to dreaming up new marketing ideas for MHM's portfolio.

Derek is responsible for a portfolio of sales, marketing and communications for all MHM brands. With over 20 years of sales experience, he draws on an extensive background and a straightforward, low-pressure sales approach.

Social Media Manager Annie Vogel

Annie is passionate about general aviation and her goal is to share her enthusiasm in hopes of inspiring others to follow in her footsteps.

Marketplace Sales Carla McKay

Carla has been involved with Vertical from the early days of the magazine, juggling many positions before moving into her current role as Marketplace sales manager. She also assists with sales for other MHM brands.

Editor of RCAF Today Chris Thatcher

Chris is an aerospace, defence and technology writer who has been covering the Canadian Armed Forces for over 15 years. He edits RCAF Today and contributes to Skies and other MHM Publishing magazines.

Graphic Designer David Kreutzkamp

Passionate about all things aerospace, David comes to MHM with an extensive aviation background working in private business and the non-profit sector. For 15 years he has helped aviation organizations tell their story by making the most of his skill set as graphic designer.

Managing Editor of Skies Dayna Fedy

Dayna focuses on the North American fixed-wing aviation industry, writing and editing stories for Skies Magazine and skiesmag.com. She joined MHM Publishing in 2017 to pursue her passion for journalism.

Accounting Manager Janet Woods

Janet is responsible for managing the accounting function at MHM, and loves nothing more than a great spreadsheet! She joined the team in 2015 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and 15 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, HR and benefits administration.

Production Manager Jen Colven

Jen plays an integral part in shaping the stylish, cutting-edge design of MHM's many publications. Outside work, she is an avid Toronto sports fan (We the North!), loves a drink on patios with friends and enjoys live music and concerts.

Managing Editor of eVTOL Jen Nevans

Jen is responsible for managing eVTOL.com, MHM’s newest brand covering the eVTOL and urban air mobility industry. With a passion for storytelling, she has more than 10 years of editorial experience in newspaper and magazine publishing.

Filemaker Developer Jordan McCarthy

Jordan is responsible for the development and administration of "Connect" MHM's internal business solution based on Claris' Filemaker platform. He joined MHM in 2017, has over 20 years of Filemaker development experience and is certified though version 15-18.

Graphic Designer Kaytlyn Wismayer

When Kaytlyn isn’t busy meticulously designing the extensive catalogue of MHM brands you know and love, she can be found renovating the home she shares with husband and fellow MHM employee Shawn, cuddling their wiener dog and two cats, and daydreaming of a life on the water.

Sales Representative Mitch Reyno

The first "M" in MHM, Mitch is responsible for advertising sales across all the brands. Raised in an aviation publishing family, Mitch brings with him the importance of customer service and showing his clients the best that MHM Publishing has to offer. When not at the office, Mitch can be found on the golf course.

Editor-In-Chief of Vertical Oliver Johnson

Oliver focuses on the rotary-wing industry, writing and editing stories for Vertical and verticalmag.com. He has been with MHM Publishing for over five years, working as online editor, managing editor, and now editor-in-chief of Vertical.

Sales Rob Reyno

Rob, Mike's older brother, graduated with an Engineering degree. In 2018, after working 30 years in various Quality Engineering roles in the automotive and locomotive industry, he made the move to MHM. His current roles include Multimedia Coordinator and Sales for Vertical Marketplace. Outside of work, he loves to go on long walks with his wife and two dogs.

Ryan joined MHM as a web and graphic designer. He has a background in a little bit of everything from mobile and web development to visual, digital and hardware design. He has spent the last decade in the aerospace and defence industry and is always willing to try something new and learn a new skill. When he is not logged on, he can be found tinkering in the garage with one of his many hobbies.

After working in the medical field for 15 years, a change to MHM was just what Yoly needed. The part-time position allows her time at home with her husband of 21 years and two children, who are busy with sports and school.
